摘要
利用 Mannich反应原理 ,通过交联剂 (HCHO)将壳聚糖 (Chitosan)与阴离子聚丙烯酰胺 (APAM)进行交联 (coupling) ,制成的产物充分汇集了壳聚糖和聚丙烯酰胺两种聚合物的优点。通过控制壳聚糖、聚丙烯酰胺的相对分子质量和交联点的数量 ,制得一种性能优异的造纸增强剂
Chitosan and anion polyacrylamide(APAM) were coupled by Mannich reaction. The coupling agent was formaldehyde. The structure and application of chitosan coupling APAM (C.C.APAM) has been studied. It was found that the C.C.APAM could be used as dry strength additive. The results of application showed when the consumption of C.C.APAM was 0.8‰~1.0‰,dry strength capability of the paper was the best.
