摘要
讨论了合成阳离子壳聚糖(HTTC)的影响因素,优化出合成阳离子壳聚糖的最佳工艺条件,并将所合成的阳离子壳聚糖作为助留剂应用于漂白阔叶木浆。研究结果表明,阳离子壳聚糖的最佳合成工艺条件:壳聚糖∶醚化剂(摩尔比)=1∶4,体系水含量40%,反应温度85℃,反应时间8h,分次加入醚化剂;制得的阳离子壳聚糖对阔叶木浆有良好的助留效果,当用量为0.05%时,填料留着率提高了33.0个百分点。
The factors influencing the synthess of cationic chitosan are discussed, the synthesizing conditions of cationic chitosan wew optimize.d and the cationic chitosan thus prepared was used as a retention aid in bleaching hardwood pulp. The results indicate that the optimum technological conditions for cationic chitosan synthesis arc: chitosan : ethefifying agent ( tool ratio ) ffi 1 : 4, system water content 40%, reaction temperature 85℃, reaction time 8h, with the cthefifying agent added in several times.
The cationic chitosan prepared had a good retention effect and the filler retention increased by 33.0% when the HTTC dosage was 0.05%.
