摘要
[目的]合成水溶性壳聚糖接枝共聚物并研究其性能。[方法]以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为接枝改性单体,采用水溶液聚合法制备了改性壳聚糖接枝共聚物,并考察了各因素对接枝共聚反应的影响。[结果]选用脱乙酰度为86%的壳聚糖为原料,采用先投加AM后加DMC的加料顺序,在聚合温度为50℃、引发剂过硫酸铵质量百分浓度为0.08%、反应时间为3.5 h的条件下,接枝共聚反应的单体转化率、接枝率和阳离子度较高。采用FT-IR和XRD对接枝共聚物壳聚糖-AM-DMC进行了表征。当共聚物投加量为0.3 mg/L时,对造纸废水的絮凝效果明显,可使废水的透光率达到99%,CODCr达到9 mg/L。[结论]为进一步开发应用壳聚糖奠定了基础。
[Objective] The aim was to synthesize water-soluble chitosan graft copolymer and study its propertie.[Method] Chitosan graft copolymer was synthesized by a aqueous solution polymerization method,using the ammonium persulfate as initiator graft,acrylamide(AM) and methacrylamide trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) as the grafted monomer.The effects of reaction conditions on graft copolymerization were studied.[Result] When the optimum conditions were reaction temperature 50 ℃,initiator 0.08%,degree of deacetylation of chitosan 86% and reaction time 3.5 h,the graft efficiency,monomer conversion and cationic degree were higher.The structure of CTS-AM-DMC was characterized by FTIR and XRD.when the amount of synthetic product was 0.3 mg/L,the effect of floccrlation on the papermaking wasterwater was obvious,which could make the transmission rate of 99%,and CODCr up to 9 mg/L.[Conclusion] The research laid a foundation for further development and application of chitosan.
