摘要
目的:研究ＣＤ４４ｖ６在脑转移癌中的表达情况及其相关性。方法:采用逆转录－聚合酶链反应(ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ)法和Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ Ｂｌｏｔ法检测９例脑转移癌标本中ＣＤ４４ｖ６基因和蛋白的表达。结果:８例转移癌标本中有ＣＤ４４ｖ６ｍＲＮＡ和ＣＤ４４ｖ６蛋白的异常表达,对照组中全为阴性。结论:ＣＤ４４ｖ６在脑转移癌中有异常表达,可能在肿瘤粘附、突破血脑屏障,脑内定居、繁殖中有重要作用。
Aim: To observe the expression of CD44v6 in metastatic brain tumors. Methods: The expressions of CD44v6mRNA and CD44v6 protein in 9 cases of metastatic brain tumors were detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blot. Results: The expression levels of CD44v6mRNA and CD44v6 protein were significantly higher in 8 cases than in the normal. Conclusion: CD44v6 is higher expression in metastatic brain tumors, and it may play an important role in metastatic process.
