摘要 声带和室带是喉内的重要结构,具有发音和呼吸等重要功能。声带和室带的病变,尤其是恶性肿瘤将严重影响患者的生活。临床体格检查、电子喉镜及活检等为声带和室带病变的诊断、术前评价提供了重要信息,但对声带和室带的恶性病变（如声带癌）向深层的浸润、喉外侵犯、淋巴结转移等情况却无法进行精确的评估。目前临床主要采用CT、MRI等影像学检查方法，
