摘要
用溶液共混的方法制备热致聚酯酰胺液晶 (LCP)和尼龙 6 6 (PA 6 6 )共混物 ,用DSC、POM、WAXD等手段对共混物进行了表征。DSC和POM研究结果表明 ,LCP与PA 6 6之间有较好的相容性 ,LCP能在PA 6 6中较均匀分散 ,LCP的加入影响了PA 6 6的熔融和结晶行为 ,少量的LCP有利于PA 6 6的结晶 ,WAXD研究结果表明 ,LCP掺入了PA 6 6的结晶过程 。
Solution blends of a thermotropic liquid crystalline copolymer[HTH 6/PA66(LCP)]with PA66 in different proportion were studied.The melting and crystallization behavior,as well as compatibility of the blends,were investigated by DSC,POM,WAXD.It was shown by DSC and POM that there was good compatibility between the two components.The morphological structure was observed under POM,and there was no obvious phase separation between LCP and PA66.The small content of LCP benefited to the crystallization of PA66.
