摘要
以端羟基热致性液晶共聚酯HTH-6和瑞基为酰氯的尼龙-66(PA-66)齐聚物为原料,通过溶液缩聚法制备了含PA-66与HTH-6嵌段共聚物,并用IR、DSC、POM等手段对聚合物进行了表征,同时研究了热行为和结晶行为.POM和DSC证实,嵌段共聚在一定温度范围内是热致性向列型液晶,在较低温度为无微观相分离,在较高温度为两相结构,共聚物熔体冷却时出现PA-66晶相和HTH-6晶相的分离现象.
In this paper, block copolymers containing different compositions oftherephathloyl his (4 - oxybenzoyl) were synthesized by polycondensation of two oligomersof terminal hydroxyl HTH - 6 and terminal acyl chloride PA- 66. The structure, thermalproperties and crystallization behavioar of the block copolymer were investigated by POM,DSC. IR. Thermotropic liquid crystalline nematic phase of these block copolymers were identified by DSC and POM with a hot stage. It was shown by DSC and POM that for thecopolymers no phase separation at lower temperature and biphase behavior above 285 C areobserved and they are classfied into thermotropic nematic crystalline. There are two crystalphases of PA - 66 and HTH - 6 when the copolymers cooled down from the melten state.
