摘要
研究了对氨基苯甲酸(ABA)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)液晶共聚酯酰胺的晶体结构,以及热性能、流变学和力学性质。广角X射线衍射研究结果表明ABA链节的引入使PET的晶态结构发生畸变,但大部分结晶衍射峰仍然存在。随着ABA含量的增加,各晶面间距基本不变,微晶尺寸显著增大,结晶度急剧降低。差示扫描量热分析和热失重结果表明共聚酯酰胺具有优良的热稳定性,并且随着ABA含量的增加,共聚物的热稳定性提高。共聚酯酰胺熔体的流变性能表现出液晶高分子独特的流变行为。纺得的共聚酯酰胺初生纤维,沿纤维轴向存在明显的取向微纤结构,致使液晶纤维表现出高强。
The crystal structure, thermal behavior, rheology and mechanical properties of p-aminobenzoic acid (ABA) /poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) liquid crystalline copolyesteramides were studied. The wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) showed that the crystallite sizes of copolymers greatly increase due to ABA mesophase units in copolymer chains, but the crystallographic interplannar spacing invaries and the crystallinity of ABA/PET copolymers decreases on a large scale. Differential Scanning Calorimetric (DSC) and Thermogravimetric (TG) analyses showed that the copolyesteramides have outstanding thermal stability, and their glass transition temperatures(Tg), and thermal stability increase as the ABA content increases. The polyesteramides show the unique rheological properties of liquid crastalline polymers and their as-spun filaments have a well-developed highly oriented fibrillar structure, high tensile strength and modulus.
