摘要
基于系统工程原理 ,提出了中国建筑市场管理的自组织理论 ,并探索了自组织理论的运用 。
Based on the system engineering,the self organizing theory for administration of building market in China is put forward.The application of the self organizing theory is discussed.That the orientation and development of building market should hold to the rules of market continence is proposed.
