摘要
本文使用博弈论对建设工程市场中的合谋行为和“过度竞争”进行了分析,指出目前建设工程市场中的一些违规违法和低质量现象的根本原因在于制度缺陷所造成的合谋,并提出了制止合谋的措施。
This article analyzes overcompetition or collusion in construction market based on game theory. It points out it is system defects that lead to collusion, which result some acts getting out of line or transgressing in construction market. It suggests some measure to refrain collusion also.
