摘要
针对我国科研经费的地区性差异问题，应用聚类分析法，对各地区科研经费的筹集情况进行了分类研究，找出了科研经费困地区差异的主要原因，为解决科研经费的地区性差异问题提供了依据．
In this paper, the hierarchical cluster analysis method is implemented to classify the districts of our country into three parts according to the current situation of research outlay raising. Then we analyze the classified results and find the main factors that result in the problem of research outlay difference between different districts. Thus reliable basis for the scientifice settling of this problem is provided.
