摘要
采用高效毛细管电泳法分析芦笋多糖对荷瘤小鼠红细胞电泳迁移能力的影响．芦笋多糖能减低荷瘤小鼠红细胞的电泳迁移时间,使之更接近正常红细胞,三个剂量组作用均非常显著(P＜0．01)．芦笋多糖对荷瘤小鼠红细胞有保护作用,这可能是其抗肿瘤作用的机制之一．
To analyze the effect of the polysaeeharide on migration ability of erythrocytes in Siso mice from Asparagus officinalis. High periformance capillary electrophoresis（ HPCE ） is used. Asparagus polysaccharide （APS） decreased the migration time of the erythrocytes of S180 mice and made it closer to the normal erythrocytes. The three dosage groups were all very remarkable（P 〈0.01 ）. APS can improve the erythrocyte＇s function of S180 mice, which may be one of its most important antitumor mechanisms.
