摘要
目的 探讨缺乏眼底红光反射的白内障晶状体前囊环形撕囊术的方法和效果。方法 采用空气填充前房 ,在前房气泡下对 2 91例 (2 96眼 )缺乏眼底红光反射的白内障行晶体前囊环形撕囊术。结果 环形撕囊术成功 2 80眼 (94 6 % ) ,改为开罐式截囊 16眼。结论 前方气泡下环形撕囊术 ,术中前囊视线清晰不受眼底红光反射有无的限制 。
Objective To investigate the technique and clinical effects of anterior capsule continuous circular capsulorhexis (ccc) on cataracts of poor red reflex.Methods The continuous circular capsulorhexis under air bubble was performed on 296 eyes of 291 patients with cataracts of poor reflex.Results Continuous circular capsulorhexis was successful in 280 eyes (94.6%),failed or shifted to can opener in 16 eyes (5.4%).Conclusions Continuous circular capsulorhexis under air bubble,visibility is good whether red reflex is present or not,this method is effective and suitable for cataracts of poor red reflex.
