摘要
目的 :探讨吲哚青绿染色晶状体前囊膜来提高白色白内障连续环形撕囊成功率的技术。方法 :家兔 10只 ,用 0 5 %的吲哚青绿 0 0 5ml染色晶状体前囊膜 ,分别于术后 1天、 1周处死 5只后摘除眼球作病检。白色白内障 80例 ( 80眼 ) ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组用 0 5 %的吲哚青绿 0 0 5ml染色晶状体前囊膜后进行连续环形撕囊 ,对照组用粘弹剂维持前房后直接进行连续环形撕囊。结果 :所有兔眼术后均角膜透明 ,未见明显炎症反应 ,病理切片示所有标本未见炎症细胞浸润。临床试验中 ,两组患者均未发生明显术中和术后反应 ,实验组连续环形撕囊成功率为 97 5 % ,对照组为 80 % ,两组撕囊成功率之间比较 ,差异有显著性 ( χ2= 4 5 1,P =0 0 3 3 8)。结论 :白色白内障用 0 5 %的吲哚青绿染色后可提高连续环形撕囊的成功率 ,着色容易 ,安全 ,无明显副反应。
Objective:To investigate the technique of staining the lens capsule with 0 5% indocyanine green for circular continuous capsulorrhexis (ccc) on white cataract. Methods:The lens capsule of 10 rabbits was stained with 0 5% indocyanine green.10 eyes of 5 rabbits were enucleated and histopathologically examined 1 day after surgery and the others were examined 1 week after surgery.In the clinical stage,0 5% indocyanine green was used to stain the anterior capsule before ccc on 40 cases (40 eyes) of white cataract.In control group,ccc was directly performed on 40 cases (40 eyes) without the staining. Results:Histopathological examination revealed no pathologic damage in any rabbit.In the clinical stage,the success rate of ccc in the study group was 98% that was higher than the 80% in the control group (P<0 0338). Conclusions:The technique of staining the lens capsule of white cataract with 0 5% indocyanine green can increase the success rate of ccc,and the technique is safe.
