摘要
目的 :探讨胃肠舒对小鼠子宫切除术后肠麻痹的影响。方法 :将雌性小鼠 30只 ,随机分为 3组 ,乙醚麻醉 ,行子宫切除术 ,造成疼痛性肠麻痹。用胃肠舒灌胃 ,观察其对肠蠕动的影响。以生理盐水为空白对照组 ,普瑞博思为阳性对照组。结果 :胃肠舒 30 0 mg/ kg,普瑞博思 2 mg/ kg灌胃 ,均能提高小鼠肠道卡红推进率 ,分别为 5 7.88%、46.92 %。结论 :胃肠舒可促进肠蠕动 ,加速肠麻痹恢复。
Objective:To study the effects of weichangshu on enteroplegia of mice induced by hysterectomy.Methods:Thirty female mice were divided into three groups randomly,anesthetized with aether,and then removed of their wombs with painful enteroparalysis.Their stomaches were filled with weichangshu and its stimulative effects on intestinal peristalsis of the mice were observed.Results:Weichangshu 300 mg/kg and prepulsid 2 mg/kg,when filled into the mouse stomach,enhanced pulsion ratio of carmine in the intestine.The ratio were 57 88% and 46 92% respectively.Conclusion:Weichangshu can stimulate the peristaltic activity of intestine and promote recovery of enteroparalysis.
