摘要
目的观察枳朴方中空栓对术后肠麻痹大鼠肠道菌群及结肠上皮细胞凋亡率的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将50只雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、培菲康中空栓组及枳朴方中空栓低、高剂量组。通过子宫切除手术建立术后肠麻痹模型。于造模后48 h检测大鼠粪便大肠杆菌、双歧杆菌及结肠上皮细胞凋亡的变化。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大肠杆菌明显增多、双歧杆菌明显减少(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,枳朴方中空栓高剂量组大肠杆菌明显减少、双歧杆菌明显增多(P<0.01)。与空白对照组比较,模型对照组结肠上皮细胞凋亡率明显增高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,枳朴方中空栓高剂量组结肠上皮细胞凋亡率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论枳朴方中空栓能够改善术后肠麻痹大鼠肠道菌群紊乱及肠上皮细胞凋亡情况,从而发挥预防和治疗术后肠麻痹的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Zhipu Recipe hollow-type suppositories(ZRHTS) on intestinal flora and apoptosis rate of colonic epithelia in postoperative enteroparalysis rats,and probe into its mechanism.Methods Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,bifid tripleviable group,high-dose ZRHTS group,low-dose ZRHTS group.The postoperative enteroparalysis model was built by removing the uterus.The changes of escherichia coli,bacillus bifidus and apoptosis rate of colonic epithelia were observed two days after modeling.Results Compared with the blank control group,the content of escherichia coli was higher,and bacillus bifidus in the model group was obviously lower(P〈0.01).In high-dose ZRHTS group,escherichia coli was lower and bacillus bifidus was higher than those of the model group(P〈0.01).Compared with the blank control group,the apoptosis rate of colonic epithelia in the model group was obviously higher(P〈0.01).Apoptosis rate of colonic epithelia in high-dose ZRHTS group was lower than that of the model group(P〈0.01).Conclusion ZRHTS can improve intestinal flora disturbance and apoptosis rate of colonic epithelia in postoperative enteroparalysis rats,which may contribute to its preventive and therapeutic mechanism.
