摘要
目的:探讨四磨汤对非胃肠术后患者胃肠功能及血清脑肠肽的影响。方法:采用随机双盲双模拟的研究方法,将72例妇科肿瘤术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组术后给予四磨汤口服液和吗丁啉安慰剂,对照组给予吗丁啉和四磨汤口服液安慰剂;用药5 d后观察两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复及血清胆囊收缩素(CCK),瘦素(leptin)水平变化情况。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间和首次肛门排气、排便时间较对照组明显提前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组治疗后血清CCK,leptin水平均下降,与治疗前比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:四磨汤可促进非胃肠术后患者的胃肠功能恢复,可能与调节血清CCK,leptin水平变化有关。
Objective:To explore the effect of Simo decoction on gastrointestinal function and brain-gut peptide in serum of patients with non-gastrointestinal postoperative.Method:To use randomized,double-blind and double-dummy study.72 cases of gynecologic tumor surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given Simo decoction and domperidone placebo,control group was given domperidone and Simo decoction placebo.Observed postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and serum cholecystobinin(CCK) and leptin level changes after treated 5 days.Result:The postoperative bowel sound recovery time and first flatus,defecation time in observation group significantly earlier than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P&lt;0.05 or P&lt;0.01).After treatment,the level of serum CCK and leptin declined in observation group,the difference was also statistically significant(P&lt;0.05 or P&lt;0.01) compared with before treatment.Conclusion:Simo decoction can promote non-gastrointestinal postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function,it may be associated with the regulation of serum CCK and leptin levels change.
