摘要
通过对部分国家和地区数学课程标准(大纲)的比较,结合有关调查研究成果的分析,说明新一代公民的数学素养应包括数学知识,数学能力,个性品质,并就我国情况分析了三个主要方面所包含的内容。
Comparing mathematics teaching programmes of some countries and areas and analysing the relevant investigation results,we conclude that the mathematical accomplishment of the coming generation should include mathematical knowledge,mathematical ability and indivivual quality. We alse discuss the content of the three aspects for the situation in our country.
