摘要
教学中的师生互动是提高学员教育教学能力,把培训目标落到实处的必由之路.案例教学加强骨干教师培训的师生互动环节,在案例教学中应注意几个问题:案例课对培训教师的素质提出了更高的要求;案例课教学成效的关键是案例的选择;案例的设计要注意系统性;案例的评价是促进案例教学健康发展的有效手段.
Through case-analysis teaching, it was strengthened to conduct interactive activities between trainers and trainees in elite-teacher training. Questions in case-analysis teaching were raised as well: it needed higher quality of the teachers, we should pay more attention to the choosing of the cases, the designing of the cases need it's own system, and so on.
