摘要
在合成长链脂肪酸衍生的甜菜碱表面活性剂的基础上 ,研究了用该表面活性剂作为无聚合物清洁压裂液的黏性行为。重点研究了该表面活性剂及压裂液黏度与质量分数、盐含量、pH值和温度的关系 ,以及压裂液的破胶性能等。实验结果表明 :该甜菜碱水溶液具有黏弹性 ,将w(甜菜碱 ) =2 %的水溶液加入w(KCl) =6 %的水溶液 ,在 10 0r/min的转速下其表观黏度达 35mPa·s;遇见烃类物质后 ,甜菜碱水溶液黏度迅速降为低于 5mPa·s。该溶液最佳适用条件 :pH=7~ 8,适用温度在 2 0~ 5
The synthetic process of a quaternary ammonium salt derived from a long chain fatty acid and a series of experiments about the viscosity bahaviours of this surfactant fracturing fluid were studied,especially the relationships of viscosity with concentration,KCl salt content,pH and temperature.In the meantime,the performance of breaking down was studied.Experimental results show that the polymer free fluid containing a quaternary ammonium group has viscoelasticity.The apparent viscosity of a 2 wt.% cationic quaternized ammonium surfactant solution containing 6 wt.% of KCl under 100 r/min is 35 mPa·s,while the viscosity falls to below 5 mPa·s when the fluid is exposed to hydrocarbons.Application of above viscoelastic surfactant system is also restricted to pH above 7 and temperature below 50 ℃.
