摘要
中原文南油田低渗透油藏注水井近井、远井地带堵塞严重 ,注水压力过高 ,配注水量不能完成。为此 ,研制了一种缓速酸液用于解堵。该酸液的基本组成为 :一种商品混合酸液HS 1 ,含磷酸、硼酸等多种酸 ( 8% ) ;氯乙酸( 2 % ) ;一种商品强氧化剂HS 2 ( 1 2 % )及活化剂 ( 2 % )。室内性能测试结果表明 :该酸液具有良好的缓速性能 ;在地层内可长时间维持低 pH值 ( <2 ,60min) ,对地层伤害小 ;表面和界面张力低 (≤ 2 8.0和 <0 .4mN/m) ;由于加有特种表面活性剂 ,悬浮微小颗粒的能力很强 ;降解有机残渣的能力强 (Rs>85% ) ;腐蚀性符合要求 ;改善岩心渗透率能力强 ,穿透深度大。在文南油田 1 2口注水井实施解堵施工 1 2井次 ,工艺有效率 95% ,平均单井注水压力降低 3MPa ,平均有效期 >1 50天 ,平均单井增注 60 0 0m3。介绍了施工工艺程序和两口井的施工效果。
The severe blockage is created in the near bore hole and far bore hole zones of water injection wells at low permeability reservoirs in Wennan, Zhongyuan, and leads to very high injection pressures and low injectivity. A retarded acid is developed for releasing the blockages. The basic composition of the acidizing fluid is : a commercial mixed acids(phosphoric, boric and other), HS 1(12%); chloroacetic acid(2%); a commercial strong oxidant, HS 2(12%); and activators. Following results are obtained in laboratory evaluation of performance properties: good ratarding capacity; keeping low pH value in a long time interval of reaction (<2 in 60 min) and thus low damage for the formation; low surface and interfacial tensions(≤28.0 and <0.4 mN/m, respectively); strong suspending capacity for small particles owing to a special surfactant added; high degradating and viscosity re ducing capacity for residual organic polymers( R s>85%); satisfactory corrosivity; significantly improving core permeability and indepth penetrating power. In acidizing/blockage releasing operations in 12 water injection wells at Wennan, the technological effectiveness of 95%, lowering injection pressures by 3 MPA and increasing water injectivity of a well within>150 days in average are observed. The technologic procedure of acidizing with the fluid and the results from 2 wells are presented in some detail.
