摘要
针对目前常用的高分子聚合物充填液在完井后期存在不能自行破胶的问题,依据低分子量特种表面活性剂的成胶和破胶作用机理,研制了一种无固相、能自动破胶的充填液体系,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,低分子胶束充填液具有流变性好、滤失量低、抗温可达150℃、抑制性好和岩心污染渗透率恢复值高等特点,尤其是遇油气可自动破胶,因此在使用过程中无需额外打入破胶剂,并且可有效保护油气层。
In order to overcome the unsuccessful self gel-breaking problem of the commonly used high molecular polymer packing fluid at the late stage of well completion,a solid-free packing fluid system which could spontaneously break gel was developed by gel forming and gel-breaking mechanism of the special low-molecular weight surfactant,and its performance was evaluated.The result shows that the low-molecular weight micelle packing fluid has a good rheologic property and low filtrate loss,high temperature resistance up to 150℃,good inhibitory ability,and high permeability restoring rate of contaminated cores;especially when this packing fluid system is contacted with oil and gas,it can break gel automatically,therefore there is no need to add extra gel breaker in application and effectively protect the reservoirs.
