摘要
作者采用 Carlo Erba 1106或1500型自动元素分析仪测定了石松科与石杉科5属26种(21种5变种或变型)植物全草样品中 C,H,N 和 O 的含量。分析了不同季节、不同地区和不同植株等因素对植物元素含量变化的影响和元素含量的变化与植物分类群(种或种下分类群)之间的关系。结果表明,采集样品的季节对植物元素含量有一定的影响,尤其是生长期长的营养器官(枝叶、茎或草本植物的全草);而植物的产地、植株等因素几无影响;不同植物分类群的元素含量的变化与形态学之间有一定的关系,即形态上易区分的分类群,元素含量的变化较大,反之亦然。值得进一步深入系统地研究两者之间的关系,这将为植物分类学增添新的科学佐证。
The quantitative changes in elemental content of Lycopodiales in different seasons,loca- lities,and plants were studied.We have determined C,H,N and O contents of 27 species belonging to 5 genera of Lycopodiaceae and Huperziaceae by Carlo Erba 1106 or 1500 elemental analyser.The results indicated that the elemental compositions are related to the seasons of collecting samples especially the nutritive organs such as stem,branch,leaf or herb with long growth period,and localities of collection.The variation of the elemental contents is related to the morphology of different taxa,i.e.the different in morphologically classified taxa have distinct quantitative changes in elemental content.The results of this study may be used in plant classification,and further study is needed.
