摘要
用共沉淀法制备了双氯芬酸钠 β 环糊精包合物 ;经摩尔率比法测定 ,含量分析及物理常数测定确证 ,该包合物有 1∶1和 2∶1两种组成 ;溶解度测定结果表明 ,两种类型的包合物的溶解度比原药有所提高 ;胃刺激性试验表明 ,两种组成的包合物的刺激性都明显减小 ,2∶1型的刺激性最小。
The inclusion compounds, diclofenac sodium(DS) with β cyclodextrin (β CD) were prepared by con precipitate method. Determining physical constant and quantitative analysis showed that the molecular ratio of β CD to DS in the inclusion compounds was 1∶1 and 2∶1, respectively. The solubility of inclusive state DS was larger than that of the drug DS, and itsirritation to stomach was smaller than that of DS,and this irritation of 2∶1 inclusion compound was the smallest.
