摘要
用非等温热重法研究了β-环糊精与苯丙氨酸包络物的热分解反应动力学.实验结果表明,β-环糊精与苯丙氨酸包络物热分解过程反应级数大于1.用Ozawa(Ⅰ)法和Retch法求得的热分解反应的活化能分别为174.01kJ/mol和174.58kJ/mol.
The thermal decomposition kinetics of β-cyclodextrin and phenylalaninehas been studied by using non-isothermal thermogravimetry. The results indicate thatthe reaction order thermal decomposition β-cyclodextrin and phenylalanine is higher thanfirst order. The average activation energy of the thermal decomposition calculated by using Ozawa (I ) method and Retch method are 174. 01kJ/mol and 174. 58kJ/mol respectively
