摘要
评述了世界上首次批准上市的有机锗SK -81 8治疗慢性乙肝的安全性和效果。强调国外的锗中毒不是有机锗 (Ge -1 3 2或SK -81 8)而是无机锗 (GeO2 及其络合物 )
A review with 24 references is given on the safety and usefulness of the first drug from organogermanium SK-818 to chronic B hepatitises in the world.The results showed that SK-818 was safe and useful for curing chronic B hepatitises.It emphased on external germanium poisoning was not caused by organogermanium (Ge-132 or SK-818), but by inorganogermanium(GeO 2 or its complexs).
