摘要
介绍了植酸锗配合物的合成和组成以及通过动物实验研究了它的毒性 .实验结果表明植酸锗有着类似于植酸的较低的毒性 ,由此 ,又探讨了植酸锗作为食品和化妆品的添加剂以及作为医疗保健品主要成分的可靠性 .
In this paper it was introduced the synthesis and composition of the germanium(VI) complex with phytic acid and the investigation on its toxicity by animal experiments. The experimental results showed that the germanium(VI) complex with phytic acid has a relatively lower toxicity as phytic acid has. The possibilities of asing the germanium(VI) complex with phytic acid as the additives of food, cosmetics and medicine were investigated.
