摘要
观察消痰散结方对裸鼠胃癌组织中胃癌细胞粘附分子ICAM 1表达的影响。建立裸鼠MKN 4 5人胃癌模型 ,采用免疫组化S P法检测胃癌组织中ICAM 1的表达。结果 ,中药组胃癌组织中ICAM 1表达水平明显低于空白对照组。说明 ,消痰散结方抑制胃癌细胞转移的环节可能与影响粘附分子的表达 ,进而影响细胞的粘附性机制有关。
Objective:To investigate effect of Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe on expression of ICAM-1 in Gastric Carcinoma.Methods:A transplantable ascites tumor model of MKN-45 human gastric carcinoma in nude mice was established,by using S-P immunohistochemical method with anti-ICAM-1 monoclonal antibody,the expression of ICAM-1 in Gastric Carcinoma was studied.Results:The expression of ICAM-1 in Gastric Carcinoma in Chinese medicine group was obviously lower than that in control group.Conclusions:By lowering expression of ICAM-1 in Gastric Carcinomatous cell with Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe,mechanism of adhension of gastric carcinomatous cell was affected.
