摘要
总结魏品康教授从痰论治消化系肿瘤的学术观点和临证经验。认为痰浊内阻是消化系肿瘤最基本的病理环节,在此基础上构建肿瘤痰证学说。在治疗方面力倡下痰法,具体应用中,又有"急下"和"缓下"之分。并附治疗消化系肿瘤验案3则。
This paper introduces professor Wei Pinkang＇s academic viewpoint and experience of treating digestive tumors from the perspective of phlegm. It is argued that the phlegm turbidity retention is the fundamental pathological link of digestive tumors and the tumors-phlegm theory is established. Therapeutically, phlegm-purging therapy is advocated, and it can be divided into urgent purgation and mild purgation in clinical application. Three proven cases of digestive tumors were presented.
