RAPD比较分析我国四省区周期型马来丝虫DNA的多态性 被引量:1

STUDIES ON POLYMORPHIC DNA OF PERIODIC BRUGIA MALAYI FROM FOUR DIFFERENT ENDEMIC AREAS IN CHINA

摘要 本文采用RAPD技术对我国湖北古城、贵州独山、福建建阳和安徽泾县四个地区的周期型马来丝虫成虫基因组DNA的多态性进行扩增分析。结果显示 :四个地区马来丝虫基因组DNA扩增产物出现有 3条相同条带 ,多条不同条带 ,其中湖北古城、福建建阳和安徽泾县三地区马来丝虫株所扩增出的条带极为相似 ,而贵州独山株马来丝虫扩增出的特异性条带较多。表明这四个地区虫体基因具有明显的同源性 ,但也存在一定差异。从而进一步证实了我国不同地区周期型马来丝虫出现有种内分化的迹象。 The paper studies and analyses the electrophoresis results of polymorphic fragments of genome DNA in adults of periodic Brugia malayi(B.malayi) from four endemic areas by RAPD.Three identical bands and several different bands were obtained in amplification products of genome DNA from four areas.Of these bands,the bands amplified from H strain are very similar to these from F strain and A strain,while more specific bands from G-D strain are obtained.This result shows that periodic B.malayi from these four endemic areas have common ancestry,while there are also some differences among them.Thus we can further assume that there are indications of differentiation in intraspecies among periodic B.malayi from different endemic areas in our country.
