摘要
本文应用圆盘电泳对我国七个不同地区——贵州独山、贵州荔波、四川乐山、安徽泾县、浙江安吉、湖北谷城和福建建阳的周期型马来丝虫感染蚴的七种酶进行了区带分析和此较。结果显示,七个地区马来丝虫感染蚴的GPI、G6PD、LDH、PO、EST这五种酶的同工酶型没有差异。但是,MDH和PGM各出现两种同工酶型,位于贵州省内的两个地区的结果完全相同,而与另外五个省(地区)的结果不同。
Isoenzyme patterns of infective larvae of periodic Brugia malayi from seven endemic areas (Dushan Guizhou, Libe Guizhou, Leshan Sichuan, Jingxian Anhui, Anji Zejiang, Gucheng Hubei and Jianyang Fujian) were comparatively analysed by disc electrophoresis. No significant difference in isoenzyme patterns of GPI, G6PD, LDH, PO and EST were observed among the seven areas. But, we found that there are two defferent isoenzyme patterns of MDH and PGM existed respectively among the seven areas. It was shown that the isoenzyme patterns of MDH and PGM of the two areas in Guizhou were identical, which were different from the other five areas.
