摘要 针对当前CAPP技术中存在目标片面和基础不牢,造成CAPP系统实际应用困难的问题。提出了人机协同CAPP的工作模式和系统框架。该工作模式下,工艺人员是工艺决策的主体,借助计算机系统工艺数据库、CAPP知识库,通过人机交互,派生出新的加工工艺。该系统的关键技术是建立产品工艺基础数据库和对不同产品的CAPP集成,以适应先进制造技术发展的新需求。 Aiming at partitive goal and unstable basis, The problem existed in CAPP technology is analyzed, these problems caused difficulty in application of the CAPP system. A work pattern and system framework that is human-machine cooperation is put forward, In this pattern, technologists are the mainframe of the process planning. With the help of process database and CAPP knowledge database, the new process plan by human-machine interaction can be created. The key technology is the construction of basic database for production process and integration of difference CAPP systems. The requirement of development advanced manufacture technology is satisfied.
