摘要
目前国内外计算机辅助工艺设计（ Ｃ Ａ Ｐ Ｐ）存在诸多弊端：１）片面追求技术先进，忽略实用性；２）通用性差；３）静态的工艺设计；４）有限集成或片面追求集成；５）片面追求工艺路线生成方法的研究．从国际上 Ｃ Ａ Ｐ Ｐ的发展趋势来看，上述弊端正逐渐被消除．鉴于此，提出了一种基于网络和数据库的 Ｃ Ａ Ｐ Ｐ集成系统开发模式．以此模式建立的 Ｃ Ａ Ｐ Ｐ具有多用户、数据共享、易于与 Ｃ Ａ Ｄ等系统集成等特点．
At present,computer aided process planning(CAPP) has following abuses:1)pursue advanced technique unilaterally and neglect its available;2)general use is bad;3)process planning is statically;4)limited integration or unilateral integration;5)pursue research of creating method in process route unilaterally.Judged by the international developing trend of CAPP,the fault is being removed gradually.In view of these faints,an development mode of integrated system is put forward,which is based on network and database.The CAPP based on this mode has the characters of multiuser,data shareable,easy integration with CAD and other system,etc.
