摘要
本文以CNC自动编程系统的线切割自动编程为例,通过分析线切割自动编程中的图形数据的采集、实体数据结构的建立排序与处理技术,阐述了采用当前流行的网络标记语言XML格式方法,代替在自动编程中广泛使用的数据交换格式DXF的方法。以及初步探索用XML语言作为自动编程系统融入CAD/CAM/CAPP集成化智能化系统中的数据交换格式。
This text take the line in CNC wire-cut automatic programming system as the example, has analyzed collection of the figure data, arranging in an order and treatment technology of entity＇s data structure, and it also has explained the present and popular method, which adopt a network mark language XML format to replace data interchange DXF format used extensively in automatic programming. As well as the preliminary exploration with the XML took the automatic programming system integrates in Integration of the CAD/CAM/CAPP systems the data exchange form.
