摘要
碱性条件下,锰(Ⅱ)与甲基紫、溴化钾反应形成紫色缔合物,吸收峰位于580nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 穖ol-1穋m-1,锰浓度在20~160靏/L范围内遵守比耳定律。本法操作简便,灵敏度高,用于试样中痕量锰的测定,结果令人满意。
Manganese reacts with methyl violet and potassium brom ide in alkaline medium to form a violet complex. The ion-association complex ex hibits maximum absorption at 580 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.6× 106 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 20-160 靏/L for Manganese(Ⅱ). The method is highly sensitive and easy to operate. It has been applied for the determination of Mn(Ⅱ) in water and soil samples with satisfactory results.
