摘要
基于氨三乙酸作活化剂,高碘酸钾氧化硫堇,拟定了测定痕量锰的高灵敏催化光度法。方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.3×10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),可用于测定水样中锰。
A highly sensitive method for determining trace manganese has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of thionine by potassium periodte in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator. The apparent molar absorptivity of this method is 1.3×10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The method has been used to determine trace Mn in water samples.
