摘要
研究了应用烯基膦亚胺与芳基异氰酸酯、取代酚的串联 aza-Wittig反应 ,来合成咪唑啉酮氧苯氧羧酸酯类化合物的新方法 .结果表明 ,该反应必须在固体碳酸钾催化下才能进行 .测定了所合成的 7种新型杂环化合物的生物活性 ,结果表明 。
The imidazolonoxyphenoxycarboxylic esters(6a^6g) were synthesized by a new tandem aza Wittig reaction of vinyliminophosphorane 2, aromatic isocynate and substituted phenols. The reaction has been carried out smoothly in the presence of catalytic solid potassium carbonate. The biological tests of the seven novel heterocyclic compounds showed that some of them exhibit fungicidal activities, e.g. compounds 6c and 6e showed 80% and 87% inhibitory effect on pellicularia sasakii in dosage of 50 mg/L, respectively.
