摘要
通过在饮水中加入钇 ( 0 ,2 3 2 5 ,2 32 5 0 0mg·L- 1 ) ,使小白鼠长期摄入稀土 ,7个月后用POEMS测定F1子代小鼠脑中微量元素Cu ,Zn ,Mg ,Fe ,Ca ,Co等的含量。结果显示 ,F1子代小鼠脑Fe ,Ni含量与对照组相比显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ,Co明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,提示钇的摄入可能会造成小鼠体内某些微量元素的吸收和分布 ,进一步造成机体某些生理功能的变化。
The mice were fed with water dissolved with different level Y 3+ (0, 23 25, 2325 00 mg·L -1 ) for seven months, and the levels of trace elements such as Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Mg, Ni, Co in brains of F1 generation mice were then determined by POEMS. The results show that, compared with control, significant decreases in level of Fe and Ni, increase in level of Co are observed, which suggest that Y 3+ may have an effect on the metabolism and distribution of some trace elements in brain, and then lead to changes of physiological function.
