摘要
本试验对长期饲用稀土硝酸盐［ＲＥ（ＮＯ＿３）＿３．６Ｈ＿２Ｏ］的伊莎商品蛋鸡前后蛋、血、肝、肌肉、羽毛、胚骨和粪的稀土（ＲＥ＿ｘＯ＿ｙ）含量进行了分析。结果表明（１）不加稀土的一般饲养条件下，基础日粮和动物蛋、血、肝、肌肉、羽毛、胚骨和粪中均含有稀土，含量顺序为血＜蛋＜肌肉＜羽毛＜肝＜胫骨＜粪。（２）长期饲用稀土，蛋、血、肝、肌肉、羽毛、胫骨和粪中稀土含量均有提高；且随添加浓度的提高而增加，但蛋、肌肉、肝、血等可食部分稀土含量低或接近于一般作物。因此，稀土在蛋鸡体内的存在具有客观性，人类食用添加适量稀土蛋鸡的产品是安全的。
The purpose of this study was to determine the contents of the rare earth oxides(REO)of egg,blood,liver,muscle,feather,leg-bone and excrement of Isa layer fed on basal diet containing rare earth nitrate(REN)before and after.The results are as follows:(1) basal diet,blood,liver,thoracic muscles,leg-bone,feather and excrement contains trace REO under common feeding condition;(2)the REO contents of egg,blood,liver,thoracic muscles,leg-bone,feather and excrement of the lavers fed REN for long-term(34weeks)increased with dietarv level,whereas increased significantly concentration on excrernent. The data obtained suggest that there are some REO content in layer body and human eaten products of muscle,egg, blood contained REO is safety.
