长期喂饮钇对子代大鼠生长发育及学习记忆能力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的考查长期摄入稀土对子代大鼠学习记忆能力及生长发育的影响。方法32只Wistar大鼠,随机分为4组,分别喂饮钇浓度为0、0·534、53·4和5340mg/L的饮用水,计算其孕育率、平均产仔率和平均仔鼠成活率。亲、子代大鼠从出生后第20天开始,每10天对其称重1次,持续2个月,观察其生长发育情况。对6月龄子代大鼠进行跳台实验。结果与对照组相比,低浓度组(0·534mg/L)子代大鼠学习阶段的触电时间显著降低,记忆阶段的潜伏期显著增长(P<0·01),但其亲代、子代体重的增长和生育情况无明显改变;中浓度(53·4mg/L)组子代小鼠各项指标均无明显改变;高浓度(5340mg/L)组子代小鼠在学习、记忆阶段的触电时间都显著增长(P<0·01),而错误次数都明显增加(P<0·05),亲代、子代体重增长量和子代平均成活率显著降低(P<0·05)。结论低浓度(0·534mg/L)的钇对子代Wistar大鼠的学习记忆能力有促进作用(P<0·01),但对其生长发育无明显影响;中浓度(53·4mg/L)时对其学习记忆能力和生长发育均无明显影响;高浓度(5340mg/L)时则对其学习记忆能力和生长发育均有抑制作用(P<0·05)。 Objective The aim of this paper was to learn the effect of long-term intake of Y^3+ in drinking water on learning-memory function and growth-development of rats. Methods The rats were fed with water dissolved different level Y^3+ (0, 0.534,53.4,5340mg/L) for 6 months, pregnant rate, survive rate, bear rate, variety in weight were calculated, the learning-memory function was observed by step-down test. Results The results showed that a significantly decrease in electric shock period and an increase in incubation period were observed for the low dose group, in contrast, a significantly increase in electric shock period and error times, and an decreases in weight and survive rate were observed for the high dose group. Conclusion Y^3+ in 0.534mg/L might improve the function of learning and memory in rats, and that Y^3+ in 5340mg/L could restrain both the function of learning-memory functions and growth-development in rats.
