摘要
本文采用氯化锰保护芳环中的氰基 ,使格氏试剂只与芳环中的卤素反应 ,形成含氰基的偶联产物 ,如 2 -氰基 - 4’-甲基联苯。
For preparing of 2-cyano-4'-methyl phenylbenzene,cyano group attached to aromatic ring was protected with manganous chloride,and then let grighard agent react with the halogen on the aromatic ring.This work presented a new synthetic method for the middle product containing cyano group
