摘要 综述了近年来开发的沙坦联苯 (2 -氰基 - 4′-甲基联苯 )的合成方法 。 The main methods for preparing a key intermediate [2 cyano 4 ′ methylbiphenyl (sartanbiphen yl)] of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists were reviewed, mainly stressing the importance of transition metal catalysed couplings.
