老年性痴呆病病理与中药干预途径的探讨 被引量：2

摘要 从免疫系统改变与衰老、免疫系统改变与AD、调节免疫及细胞因子中药对机体的调节作用及中药干预AD的可能性及新药研究思路 ,论述老年痴呆病的病理研究进展。指出中药治疗AD可以通过调节过强的免疫炎症反应 ,影响细胞因子过度表达 ;影响APP基因表达及淀粉样蛋沉积过程等干预途径。指出 ,中药在调节免疫及细胞因子方面已显示出独特的优势 ,有丰富的理论与实践经验。
