摘要
目的:讨论在纤维鼻咽喉镜下经鼻治疗眶内壁骨折的临床疗效。方法:对25例眶内壁骨折的病人,在纤维鼻咽喉镜下经鼻切除筛窦房隔修复外伤损伤的眶纸板,将碘仿油纱条及制备好的多孔硅胶片,凸面向外填塞进筛窦术腔,对眶纸板进行施压支撑复位。结果:随访3个月至2年,治愈22例,占88.00%,2例术后残留周边复视,总有效率为96.00%。术后无1例发生眶内感染及其他并发症。结论:纤维鼻咽喉镜下经鼻治疗眶内壁骨折是有效的方法,疗效稳定,创伤小、手术时间短、面部不留癜痕,硅胶片可长期存留。
Objective： To study the clinical curative effects of treating the orbital intine fracture through the nose under the fiber nasopharyngolaryngoscope. Methods： 25 cases with the orbital intine fracture, through the nose under the fiber naso- pharyngola^ngoscope, to remove the ethmoid sinus atrial septum and the traumatic orbital lamina, stuff the ethmoidal operated cavity with the prepared porous silica-gel patch whose convex is outward, then press and reposit the orbital lamina. Results： After 3-month to 2-year follow-up, 22 cases have been cured, accounting for 88% and 2 cases have residual peripheral double vision, with 96% total effectiveness after operation. No one has intraorbital infection and other complications. Conclusion： It＇ s an effective way to treat the orbial intine fracture through the nose under the nasopharyhgolaryhgoscope, with little wound and short operation time, without any scar on the face. The silica-gel patch can also be reserved for a long time.
