摘要
茶薪菇培养料中茶枝屑用量为 57.1%的处理 ,其生物学效率可达 70 .5%。以茶枝屑为主料生产的茶薪菇与以棉籽壳为主料生产的茶薪菇相比 ,其氨基酸总量可提高 19.8% ,其中人体必需氨基酸、儿童必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸和甜味氨基酸含量分别提高 8.8%、31.6%、39.9%和 13.7%。
The compositions of the compost used to cultivate Agrocybe chaxingu were studied. The result showed that the biological efficiency of A.chaxingu was as high as 70.5% when tea twig powder content in the compost was 57.1%, and that the content of the total amino acids, the essential amino acids, the essential amino acids for children, the delicious amino acids and the sweet amino acids of A.chaxingu cultivated with tea twig powder compost were 19.8%, 8.8%, 31.6%, 39.9% and 13.7% higher than that of A.chaxingu cultivated with cotton seed hull compost resp..
