概述了TiAl基合金的气体渗碳、等离子渗碳、碳元素激光表面合金化、渗铝、气体渗氮、离子渗氮、氮元素激光表面合金化、离子注入B ,C ,N ,O、酸处理、低氧压处理、涂层、渗硼等多种表面处理方法 ,对渗碳、渗氮以及涂层处理方法进行了详细的分析和讨论 。
A series of new surface treatment methods for TiAl based alloys,such as gas carburization or nitridation, plasma carburization or nitridation, laser surface melting in different atmosphere, aluminization, coating and surface treatments under a low partial pressure oxygen atmosphere or by certain acids,were summarized and their prospects were forecasted.
