TiAl基合金表面Mo合金化试验研究

摘要 对TiAl基合金表面Mo合金化试验进行了研究,并对试验前后的TiAl进行了抗高温氧化性能测试。结果表明:TiAl表面Mo合金化后,在表面形成致密均匀的合金层,该合金层具有良好的抗高温氧化性能,能显著提高TiAl基合金的抗高温氧化能力。 The experimental of Mo surface alloying on TiAl based alloy has been investigated, and the high- temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl based alloy and TiAl+Mo have been tested. The results show that the high- temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl based alloy could be improved apparently by Mo surface alloying, which is due to the formation of a compact Ti-Al-Mo alloyed layer in the surface of TiAl based alloy, and the alloyed layer is provided with favorable high-temperature oxidation resistance.
