摘要
通过对齿轮温成形时尺寸变化进行理论分析及有限元模拟 ,提出了模具尺寸的修正量与修正系数的概念 ,并求出了 45号钢在 80 0℃温成形齿轮时的修正系数值k值 。
The concepts of revised quantity and revised coefficient of die dimensions are put forward by analyzing to dimensions change of gear warm forming and FEM simulation. The value of revised coefficient of 45 steel, k is also got at 800 centigrade, so it is possible to accurately revise gear die in warm forming.
