冷精锻修形圆锥齿轮的齿形设计 被引量:5

摘要 在充分考虑圆锥齿轮的传动特点、安装误差对齿轮传动和使用寿命的影响、传动过程中的接触变形对传动精度和边缘接触的影响,以及圆锥齿轮闭式冷精锻成形后能顺利出模的基础上,运用赫兹接触理论与有限元相结合的方法进行齿向和齿高两个方向修形,提出了确定修形量的方法和确定修形鼓面中心位置的方法,设计出鼓形齿面。实验证明,使用该方法设计修形的圆锥齿轮在冷精锻过程能够顺利成形,并将有效地提高齿轮的传动精度和使用寿命。 Teeth surfaces were modified into a crowed shapes for flashed cold die forging bevel gears to avoid edge contact and reduce teeth top edge conflicts during running. To design a crowned shape, the shape in both teeth length direction and teeth height direction were modified. To calculate the modification quantity, both of FEM and Hertz contact theory were employed. At the same time, pushing-out of the forging piece from the die was taken into account, because excessive modification on big end of the bevel gear may lead to a pushing-out problem. Crown center was also determined based on what was discussed before. Experimental results show that surface designed by this method can ensure trouble-free pushing-out and obtain qualified modified bevel gears.
