摘要
提出了将Si3N4陶瓷材料应用于精密塑性成形模具设计与制造中,并对其可行性进行了分析。以汽车零件爪极的成形工艺为例,对成形过程进行了设计。
The new idea of applying Si3 N4 ceramic into the precision plastic forming die was presented, and the feasibility was analyzed. The forming technology was verified feasible by an example.
